1)Enter Local Connection, Set IP address in LAN for DVR server. For example: 192.168.1.100 2)Enter the setting interface of Router (for example, TP-LINK). Choose ¡°Forwarding Rule¡±, and in ¡°Server Port¡± column add these ports accordingly: 80 8800 6000 (for IE remote view), and in ¡°IP Address¡± column add the server¡¯s IP address. Then check the ¡°Enable¡± box. Click on ¡°Save¡± at last to enable the changes.
3)Open ¡°Running Status¡± in Router page. Your IP address is in WAN column, as following:
4)Open ¡°Setting¡± in Server¡¯s DVR software, then ¡°Network Setting¡±, then in ¡°Client Authentication¡± please add username and password for others to view your DVR server. Then check ¡°Apply¡± box. Next, please go to ¡°Others¡± option, uncheck ¡°Single Channel Connection¡± box. Click on ¡°Apply¡± to enable the change. 5)Input outside IP address or domain name in IE address bar. Please note that 8080/long is added after IP or domain name, for example: http://202.96.134.133:8080/long. When network DirectX are downloaded, the login page will appear. Input Username and Password set in Note 4, and choose the channel number you would like to view at the same time. Then click on ¡°OK¡±. The remote pictures will appear one by one. Important Notice: 1)In client computer you need to set your IE configuration. Open the Internet page, and choose Tools->Internet Options ->Security->Customize Security Level.Enable all the ActiveX in the settings. 2)If you have applied domain name for your internet, then you can run the domain software on your server. And just input domain name in IE bar to remote view your server. |
